Tax Issues
The partners will advise on tax issues arising in the course of conveyancing, wills and probate, if so instructed.
Tell us about your needs

If asked, the partners will briefly address the tax implications at the initial meeting for probate or a Will or in the course of a conveyancing transaction. If the issues are unusually complex, we may have to direct you to further specialist advice.
When arranging a meeting, please state your full name and address and please bring all relevant information with you to the meeting including some evidence of your identity; please telephone Andrew Durman to enquire what you will need at that meeting.
